Anna Allshouse, LGPC (She/Her)
“My role is to support an empower you as you build confidence, clarity, and connection.”
Therapy with Me
I see therapy as a real, human relationship built on trust, a shared commitment to growth, and a touch of humor. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported and at ease as we make sense of your experiences, identify patterns, and more toward change that feels meaningful and sustainable.
As a therapist who has trained in multiple modalities such as CBT, DBT, and mindfulness approaches I am able to tailor our work together to your unique needs and goals. My approach is warm, caring, collaborative, compassionate, and down-to-earth.
I believe deeply in your capacity for growth and healing. My role is to support and empower you as you build confidence, clarity, and connection.
Choosing a therapist is important. We offer a 20 minute consultation with no cost and no commitment.
